Haimon ("the app") is an iOS and iPadOS game published by bhbs (dev.bhbs.Haimon). This policy describes how the app handles game progress, collection data, and settings.
Summary
Haimon requires a network connection to play, does not require you to sign in, and does not include advertising or cross-app tracking. The app creates an anonymous player record to store game data. You can optionally protect that record with a passkey for recovery on another Apple device.
Information the App Processes
To provide gameplay and preserve your progress, Haimon processes:
- Current level and best score
- Unlocked Haimon and the number of collected copies
- Your selected favorite companion
- Music, sound-effect, and haptics preferences
The current level, best score, unlocked Haimon, collected-copy counts, and favorite companion are synced to Haimon’s server. Music, sound-effect, and haptics preferences remain on your device.
Haimon does not request your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, camera, or microphone.
Data Stored on Your Device
Progress, collection data, and settings are stored inside Haimon’s app sandbox. An opaque session token is stored in the device Keychain.
If you create a passkey, its private key remains under Apple’s passkey system. Haimon’s server receives the corresponding public credential needed to verify future sign-ins; it does not receive the private key or your Apple Account password.
Network Use
Haimon requires a network connection for gameplay so that the server can load the current game data and prevent stale or deleted data from continuing on a different device. Device preferences remain available without a connection.
The server stores an anonymous player identifier, synced game data, revision information used to prevent stale overwrites, and—if enabled—the public passkey credential. Haimon does not request a name or email address for this record.
Choosing Delete Game Data deletes the anonymous player record and synced game data from Haimon’s server and resets local game progress. A passkey entry may remain in Apple’s Passwords app, but it can no longer access the deleted Haimon record.
What We Do Not Collect
- No name, email address, or social profile
- No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
- No advertising or third-party analytics
- No location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
- No purchases or payment information handled by the app
Children
Haimon does not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children. Anonymous game progress is handled as described above.
Changes
We may update this policy when app behavior changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
