Get Started

Haimon is a portrait mahjong solitaire game for iPhone and iPad. Match open tiles, clear all 72 pieces, and build a collection of companions along the way.

Clear a Board

1. Look for two tiles showing the same Haimon.
2. Make sure neither tile has another tile resting above it.
3. Make sure the left or right side of each tile is open.
4. Tap the first tile, then tap its match to remove the pair.
5. Clear every tile to complete the level.

Selected tiles are highlighted. Tap a different available tile if you want to change your selection.

Open Tiles

A tile can be selected only when it is uncovered and has an open side. A tile blocked on both its left and right edges stays locked until neighboring pairs are removed. Start from exposed corners and upper layers, then work inward.

Every board is generated backward from a complete solution. If a route becomes awkward, another order of valid matches can take you through.

Companions and Skills

Cleared pairs charge the favorite Haimon shown beside your board. When its skill is ready, tap the companion control to activate it. Each Haimon has a distinctive ability, so changing your favorite can change how you approach a board.

Collection and Evolution

Finishing a level awards Haimon tiles. Open Collection from the home screen to review discoveries, choose a favorite companion, and see evolution paths. Collect enough copies of a Haimon to evolve it. Some advanced forms are created by synthesizing two compatible Haimon.

Your current level, best score, collection, favorite companion, and settings are saved automatically on your device.
